Desperately waiting for MPP India, is active now?

It has been 5 years since I have been waiting for this capability, yes I am from India and I am a UX practitioner. I love writing about designs and worldly things.
I used to write on Medium quite often in the past, also was waiting for MPP to get activated in India so that I could use my valuable time in a more meaningful way.
But here the sad story continues, after so many great minds in India, huge achievements, and great industries flourishing in India we are still to get this MPP capability where we can show the world what the stories are underlying the soil.
Medium When can we hear good news for us, we are waiting to use this platform in a more meaningful way.
